If you already have a Finnish personal identity code, you will receive instructions on how to make the identification one week before the start of your study right. You can do the identification as soon as you receive the message. Once you have completed the identification, you will receive your username and password to Haaga-Helia’s network by email and text message (SMS) to the email address and phone number you have previously provided us.

Haaga-Helia uses electronic identification in order to verify the identity of our new students.
Electronic identification
NB If you have been accepted as a degree student through the open path you will not get any instructions regarding the identification. You can continue your studies with the same username and password.

In case you are not able or willing to make the electronic identification, you can visit Haaga-Helia’s Study Services with an official identity card with a photo.
If you do not receive a text message containing your password to the network, you can renew the password in two ways:
- Using online identification with banking ID, mobile certificate, or certificate card via our password service
- Visit Haaga-Helia Study Services on campus

With the username and password, you will also receive a link to our study agreement, which you will need to fill in before you get access to the Haaga-Helia student platform.
You do not need to log in to the network yet, but keep your username and password safe for you will need them during the orientation days, where you will learn more about our systems, course enrollment, and other study-related issues.

Before you get access to the Haaga-Helia student platform you need to read and accept the privacy policy by filling in this form.
After you have accepted the privacy policy you can log in to Haaga-Helia student platform, Peppi.
In Peppi you can plan your studies, communicate with your guidance counsellor, enroll for courses, check your grades and print your transcript of records.
