We promote and facilitate the transition of those in weaker labor market positions into employment.
Our goal is to increase measures, services, and guidance that enhance work ability, promote employment, and enable work based on individual strengths and capabilities. We enrich the diversity of work communities by enhancing methods and providing practical tools for good and non-discriminatory recruitment practices.
The project emphasizes the extensive experience of our experts in providing demanding special support guidance and education, supported employment, and addressing the needs for special and demanding support in working life.
Our target groups
The primary target group consists of students graduating from secondary education who are at risk of exclusion and poorly integrated into working life.
The second main target group includes companies, work communities, organizations, and stakeholders, as well as their workplace instructors.
Indirect target groups include teaching and guidance staff, employment coaches in educational institutions, career counselors, and potential employment coaches.
The collaboration is nationwide, with the operational area covering the whole of Finland.
