Autumn term 2022 timetables have been published (Helsinki and Porvoo Campuses)

Timetables are viewed using Lukkarikone, where basic search is available using group codes. You also can search implementations using implementation codes and teachers’ names and group IDs. You can find different types of course implementations with the following group IDs:

• “CONTACT” for contact courses
• “BLENDED” for blended courses
• “ONLINE” for online courses
• “VIRTUAL” for virtual courses
• “NONSTOP” for nonstop courses
• “EVENING” for evening courses where all lessons start after 4 pm
• “WEEKEND” for courses that take place only during weekends
• “INTENSIVE” for courses that are only organized during intensive-weeks
• “VAP” for free-choice studies
• “EXCH” for exchange students.

Enrolment for spring term courses starts on Monday 30 May 2022 at 8 am and ends on Monday 6 June 2022 at 4 pm. From 8 am on 13 June 2022, you can enroll for courses that still have available seats or enroll to queue for courses that are full.

Enrolment for first semester studies opens on 15 August 2022 at 8 am. Please note that first-semester students have priority for these courses!

Enrolment for Open University students of Haaga-Helia begins on 13 June 2022 at 8 am.

PLEASE NOTE! Updating and sending your ISP for approval or making your personal timetable using Lukkarikone does not replace implementation enrolments!

Please note that

• after the first enrollment round, students will be accepted to courses according to the Degree Regulations 5§ – not in the order of enrolment time. Degree Regulations: https://www.haaga-helia.fi/en/norms-be-observed-and-appeal-proceedings

• courses with too few enrolments can be cancelled. (Implementations may be cancelled due to low number of participants, even if the enrolments were first confirmed after the preliminary enrolment time.)

Please also note that it is important to cancel enrolments for courses that you will not be attending. You will receive a 0 grade for courses you have enrolled for and not completed.
