Are you looking to build on your expertise in branding and quality management? Haaga-Helia is offering a new programme titled Make Service Brands Alive Through Quality in spring 2017. Haaga-Helia eMBA programmes provide learning through real-world business cases. In spring 2017, we are launching our first programme that combines customer experience, quality management and brand expertise. The participants will work on a business case for Suunto dive computers. At the same time, you will be able to build on your expertise in brand and quality management and develop your own organisation.

 

The Make Service Brands Alive Through Quality programme consists of two complementary modules organised in March and April 2017. There will be four contact days held on Fridays and Saturdays to ensure easy access for participants. You will be able to immediately apply the new tools and knowledge in your own professional environment.

 

“Brands and quality are important in customer-centric markets as they function as the interfaces between customers and the organizations. For the first time in the eMBA we will bring together two major management subjects, Strategic Brand Management and Service Quality Management, and apply them conjunctly to a real case project; Suunto, subsidiary of Amer Sports Corporation.

Participants will be challenged to “Make Service Brands alive through Quality” as the module highlights that service quality should be guided by strategic brand management.”

The programme's lecturers Teemu Moilanen and Mário Passos Ascenção are respected experts in their fields. Teemu Moilanen is one of the contributors to the Country Brand Working Group.
