From this page you will find materials for starting your studies in the Degree Programme in Business Information Technology (BITE) at Haaga-Helia, Pasila campus. The studies will be carried out as full-time studies, comprising 210 credits and taking an estimated 3.5 years to complete.
Please carefully read through the instructions found on General Materials for New Students page concerning e.g. deadlines for accepting your study place, enrolment for the academic year and submitting copies of degree certificates.
Please remember to accept the study place and enrol for the academic year in Studyinfo.fi by 08 July 2019, 15.00 Finnish time (GMT/UTC +2 hours). If you get selected from a waiting list, we will inform you when to confirm the study place at the latest. You will lose the study place if you do not confirm the offered study place by the deadline.
The admission of a student is conditional until the University of Applied Sciences has checked the applicant’s school and other relevant certificates (copies and originals). Attach the required certificates and translations to your application by 12 July 2019, 15.00 Finnish time. If you get selected from a waiting list, we will inform you when to submit copies of required certificates at the latest.
Copies of required certificates and translations must be handed in even if you enrol as absent for the first academic term. The copies will not be returned. You will lose the study place if you do not provide required certificates by the deadlines given in the acceptance notification or if you have given inadequate or false information about your grades or other factors.
Please note that Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences is not responsible for any delays due to the postal services. Student admission is conditional until the degree certificates (copies and originals) have been verified. If the applicant does not provide his/her degree certificates (copies and originals) by the given deadline or if he/she has given inadequate or false information in the application process, the admission will automatically be withdrawn.
