Library card application

With this form you can sign on to be a patron of the Haaga-Helia Library. After having filled out and sent the application form, you may pick up your library card after two weekdays during library opening hours. For example, if you send your application on Monday, the card will be ready on Wednesday. N.B. We will not send you a separate e-mail message when the card is ready.

Please pick up your library card within 6 months. After this, your information will be removed from the library system and your library card application deleted.

The library card is free. When you pick up your library card you must present an ID with photo.

You can collect the material you have reserved from the pick-up shelf and borrow them using the self-service machine at those campus libraries that use self-service reservations. Materials on the pick-up shelf are placed in alphabetical order according to customers’ names. The full customer name is printed on the reservation slip. As a sign of your consent, three asterisks (***) will be added to your first name in the library data system. Taking part in self-service reservations is voluntary. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the library.
