An extensive collection of electronic resources
Our e-library includes e-journals, e-books, company and market databases, statistical services and legal resources. Some of the resources are available to the staff and students of Haaga-Helia. These services are intended for personal study and research purposes, and their reproduction is not permitted. Read the e-resources terms and conditions.
- LibGuides offers links to e-resources and help with information searching.
- A-Z Databases includes library's key databases and user instructions. Search databases by subject or type.
- E-resources can be searched on HH Finna by database name or subject. E-journals can also be searched by title. See HH Finna tutorials on Youtube.
See our e-book guide for instructions on using e-books.
There are a few databases that are available to Haaga-Helia students and staff only.
Use e-resources at home
Haaga-Helia staff and students can use most of library's information sources from their home computer. If you access the resources remotely via links on A-Z Databases list or LibGuides, you are to enter your Haaga-Helia's user name and password. If remote access is not available, this is noted in the database description. E-resources can also be used remotely through HH Finna. Use your Haaga-Helia domain user name and password.
Other library customers can access e-resources locally from public computers at the library.
Contact library when you need expert training and advice on using databases and other electronic resources.
Mobile use of e-resources
Some of the library e-resources provide a special site optimized for mobile use or applications for smart phones, tablets, or e-book readers. Naturally, you can use the regular websites of the e-services even with mobile devices.
Listening to e-materials
Some databases offer the option of listening to articles. These e-resources are marked with a small loudspeaker sign on the A-Z Databases list.
