Zone's self-service shifts start in stages. The group exercise season starts on 2 September and the free trial weeks are 16–28 September 2024.

The autumn season of Zone sports services begins in stages with self-service shifts:

The group exercise season is from 2 September to 29 November 2024.

You can explore the range of services via the reservation calendar. Reservations can be made for self-service shifts in August from the day the shifts are available and from the beginning of September at the latest, but no earlier than two weeks before the shift or class.

Would you like to try out Zone Sports Services before purchasing your own sports pass? During Zone’s trial weeks from 16th to 28th September 2024 you can try out all instructed group classes at the campuses or virtually as well as badminton shifts, sport hall shifts and gyms for free.

Zone is the common sport services of Haaga-Helia, Laurea and Metropolia. The services are available to the students and staff of these universities, the students of Arcada as well as the students Diak and Humak who study in the capital region.
