Our warmest thanks to all of you who answered our user survey. We received a total of 963 replies with loads of open feedback and excellent proposals for improvement.

”The selection of material is well suited to present studies. ”

According to you, library services have great importance (5 / 5) and you are satisfied with them (4,6 / 5). The library received a school grade of 9 out of a scale of 4-10. Of all the respondents, 76 % actively recommend library services to others.

”I still don't know how to get electronic books and such.”

Survey participants took part in a raffle for a sports watch. The winner of the sports watch comes from Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences. The winners of our additional prizes have been contacted by e-mail. Congratulations to all the winners!
