The summer break of Zone Sports Services is over - welcome to move with us again!

During August, Zone offers badminton, sports hall, and gym shifts at Myllypuro and Myyrmäki campuses. The actual fall season will start on September 5, when the services return to all five sports venues.
The new sports season will include both old favorites and some much-desired novelties, such as kettlebell classes and the basics of gym training. Follow Zone on Instagram @zonesportsfi, so you will stay up-to-date with the newest additions!
Fall semester schedules:
- 8.8.-4.9. badminton, sports hall, and gym shifts in Myllypuro and Myyrmäki
- 5.9.-16.12. fall season: services on all of the five sports venues
In August, the services can still be used with Sport Passes activated for the academic year 2021-2022 and spring 2022, as they are valid until the end of September. You can get a new Sports Pass (or activate an old one) most easily through the student union Helga.

Zone – Universities of Applied Sciences Sport Services is the sport services of Haaga-Helia, Laurea and Metropolia. Zone launched it’s services on the 16th of January 2017.
The mission of Zone Sport Services is to activate and move the community of Universities of Applied Sciences.
The funding of the Sport Services comes from Haaga-Helia, Laurea and Metropolia and the services are available to the students and staff of these universities, the students of Arcada as well as the students Diak and Humak who study in the Capital Region.
