The third editions of European Student Assembly will be held at the European Parliament in Strasbourg from 10.-12.4.2024. The assembly will bring together over 200 students from 50 European university alliances. Haaga-Helia is a member of the Ulysseus European University Alliance, and HH students are invited to apply!

The European Student Assembly will be held for the third time at the European Parliament in Strasbourg from April 10th to 12th, 2024. The assembly will bring together over 200 students from across Europe. During the assembly, students have the opportunity to make their voices heard at the EU level, and they will engage in discussions on various topics across 11 different panels, including European election year, Greener is better, European heritage, the EU in the world, the future of the EU, and much more!

Ulysseus European University covers the travel expenses and the organizer provides the accommodation in Strasbourg.

Application process

1.Fill out the application form. The application deadline is November 5, 2023.
2. Choose your alliance: "Ulysseus European University" from the dropdown menu.
3. Select your role: Participant or panel coordinator. Note that if you have participated in previous meetings, you can only apply for the panel coordinator role.
4. The selection process is carried out in collaboration with the ESA Selection Committee and the alliances. Review the selection criteria.
5. Familiarize yourself with the ESA24 handbook and learn more about the event.

Ulysseus European University

Ulysseus is one of the 50 European Universities selected by the European Commission to become the universities of the future. Led by the University of Seville together with seven other universities in Europe (the University of Genoa, Italy; Université Côte d’Azur, France; the Technical University of Košice, Slovakia; MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, Austria; Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Finland; the University of Münster, Germany; and the University of Montenegro, Montenegro), the project will allow students, researchers and graduates to move freely between universities, carry out internships in companies and start high-impact research projects.
