The spring season of Zone Sports Services has started on the campuses

Zone offers affordable sports services for students and staff of universities of applied sciences on campuses in the capital region. The service offering includes almost 30 hours of weekly instructed group exercise classes, 5 gyms, badminton shifts and many other ball-playing and exercise opportunities in the campus sport facilities.

You can also exercise through weekly online classes, and by using the Yogobe online training service included in the Zone Sport Pass. In addition, Zone organizes numerous courses and sport trials during the spring, where you can get to know new sports under the guidance of a professional coach.

How to get your own Zone Sport Pass?

The most affordable option for Haaga-Helia and Metropolia students is to buy a membership of their own student union, which includes sports services as a free membership benefit. Laurea students can buy a Sport Pass as an additional service to the student union membership. Sports and gym passes are sold to students of these universities even without student union membership, and of course also to the staff of Haaga-Helia, Laurea and Metropolia.
