Service break in the Peppi system has ended on Thu 23 April 2026

The service break will also affect services connected to Peppi, including: 

• Lukkarikone 

• Study Guide 

• Tuudo 

• Wihi 

• Electronic study certificates (transcript of records and study certificate) 

• Room reservations 

The service break is required for the deployment of the learner number integration. 
As part of this integration, name and contact information stored in the Finnish Population Information System (DVV) will be automatically updated in Peppi once per day. In this context, contact details refer to the home address, phone number, and municipality of residence.

Please ensure that your contact details in the DVV register are up to date, as these details will be used in Peppi going forward. Check and update your details in the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV) online service: https://dvv.fi/en/individuals .
