Service break in Peppi is over (updated 24.6.2026)

The service break will affect the use of Lukkarikone, Study guide, Tuudo and Wihi, and registration to open UAS courses. With the version update, Peppi will have improvements and fixes to existing functionalities. 

What to take into account regarding service break?

Graduating degree student

• The last day to apply for graduation in the spring semester is Monday 8 June 2026 at 23.59, if you wish to attend the graduation ceremony for degree students on 16 June 2026. More information about graduation on Haaga-Helia's web page: Graduation.
• Note! The application for degree certificate is closed during the service break.
• If you are graduating during spring semester 2026, download the electronic degree certificate from the link sent to you by email (the link is valid for 21 days). We recommend that you download the electronic degree certificate on 16 June 2026 at the latest.

Applying for further education

• If you are applying for further education, for example for master degrees or other universities, please check the deadlines for certificate attachments with the higher education institutions. Order the necessary copies of your degree certificate from Haaga-Helia well in advance of the service break.

Study certificates and transcript of records that can be downloaded from Peppi

• Peppi does not work during the service break, therefore you cannot download study certificates and transcript of records. It is also not possible to get them from Study Services during the service break. Please download these certificates well in advance of the service break, at the latest on Tue 16 June 2026. Certificates that are ordered through the service form

• The service break also affects our service forms and it is not possible to get certificates during the service break (for example ordering a certified true copy of your degree certificate or a transcript of records or study certificate). Note! If it is not possible for you to identify through Suomi.fi e-identification (you do not have a Finnish social security number or Finnish online banking codes), fill in the form well in advance of the service break. We will send you an email with more information about the identification.

Certificates for TE office

• Haaga-Helia UAS is not able to fill in the forms (eg. TEM621) for TE office during the service break.

Resignation announcement

• It is not possible to fill in the resignation announcement on the service form during the service break. Note! If it is not possible for you to identify through Suomi.fi e-identification (you do not have a Finnish social security number or Finnish online banking codes), fill in the form well in advance of the service break. We will send you an email with more information about the identification.
