Info Express is not a high-speed train, although librarians are known to be efficient. Info Express offers quick help with smaller problems, such as "How can I open this e-book, it's just not working?" or "How does Statista database work?"
Info Express is our solution to the challenges of the hybrid era. You can get personal and empathic help in a short Teams meeting when you're not on campus and can't ask for advice at the library service desk.
Alongside Info Express, we continue to offer longer 1 - 1.5 hour personal guidance sessions in information searching and/or using Mendeley.
