Haaga-Helia’s AV service production to be managed by Unigrafia

Haaga-Helia’s AV service production will be transferred to Unigrafia through a business transfer as of 1 April 2026.

The aim of the change is to strengthen AV production and support services that serve Haaga-Helia’s teaching, learning and RDI activities by ensuring consistent, modern and scalable production environments as well as smooth service processes.

Unigrafia will be responsible for Haaga-Helia’s

• studio and streaming services
• video production for teaching and RDI activities, and
• AV and production support services.

The aim is to ensure that the service will continue without interruption for the higher education community and partners from 1 April 2026 onwards, becoming even stronger and smoother.

Strategic background

At the end of 2025, Haaga-Helia acquired additional shares in Unigrafia, strengthening Unigrafia’s position as an in-house company serving the higher education institution.

Towards a shared vision of learning design
