Orientation is compulsory to all new degree students, including joint application (yhteishaku), rolling application, SAT application, Haaga-Helia UAS open path application and transfer application students.

Welcome to Finland event is strongly recommended to those new international students who have not previously lived in Finland. You’ll learn about essential registrations, banking services, health and safety and much more. Welcome to Finland is not part of the compulsory orientation.

10:30 Getting to know INTBBA student tutors and activities

13:45 Introduction to the INTBBA degree programme in the Auditorium
16:00 Mandatory workshop for those who need to transfer credits from prior higher education studies, room 1001*
*If you have studied at higher education (=bachelor or master level university or university of applied sciences level in Finland or abroad), please bring a laptop and your transcripts and course descriptions for previously completed studies.
