Degree students who started in 2022 (in January or in August) has been invited to the event as well as exchange students. Invitation has been be sent by email (via Lyyti).
The event is a mandatory part of orientation and free of charge for the student.
Haaga-Helia organizes transfers from campuses and offers lunch in Vierumäki.
Registration
Students must register into then event before 29th August 2022. The registration link has been sent by email.
Registration link is still open for late registrars, unfortunately special diets can't take into account after official time for registartion has expired.

9.30 Opening ceremony and speech on the athletics field
9.30-10.00 The activities start
10.15-12.15 Beachvolley tournament number 1 and Padel tournament number 1 begin
10.00-15.00 Flowpark
11.00-13.00 Lunch (time is marked into the lunch coupong which you will get when arriving in Vierumäki)
13.00-14.50 Beachvolley tournament number 2 and Padel tournament number 2 begin
14.30-15.00 The activities close
15.00 Award and closing ceremony on the athletics field
15.30-16.00 The buses leave Vierumäki (you must leave the same buss you arrived)
Tournaments (registration has been closed, all the places are filled)
There are 5 to 8 players in a beachvolley team. The games are played 5 on 5. There are two tournaments of which one begins in the forenoon and one in the afternoon. Maximum of 8 teams per tournament. In beachvolley teams are chosen to participate in order of registration with at least one team spot reserved for each campus.

Activities
All activities are free excluding Flowpark. The activities are marked on the event map. You can read descriptions of the activities from the map.
Flowpark costs 12 € per person. There is a new start every 30 minutes from 10 am to 1 pm. Maximum of 25 people per start. Registration is open for Flowpark through Lyyti-app (the link is in the invitation).
