Customer service

Library personnel helps with using information materials and information searching. You can get hold of our customer service personnel also via chat.

Self-service library

The self-service library has longer opening hours than library's customer service hours. Use the library independently: borrow and return with the self-service machine or collect reservations.

Haaga-Helia students and staff can access the library with Haaga's Flexim key every day 6 – 22. They can get it from the info at Haaga campus' main entrance by paying a 10 euro deposit. Use Flexim key to access library via G-wing entrance located on Nuijamiestentie.

Group study rooms

Haaga library has three Group study rooms. Haaga-Helia students and staff can book the rooms via Peppi.

• If the room has not been occupied within 10 minutes of the reservation start time, others may use the room.
