Starting level and linkage with other courses
Completed SAP Overview course TOO8LF003 or some other SAP course with similar content.
You are able to use some automated processes of SAP ERP in the logistics area and understand the basic idea of automatic document generation in SAP ERP. You are also able to do simple configuration in logistics area of SAP ERP. You are familiar with SAP User Interface SAP Fiori and SA S/4 Hana.
Recognising and validating prior learning (RPL)
If you have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, you can show the competence with a demonstration and progress faster through your studies. More information and instructions for RPL are available at MyNet.
Cooperation with the business community
Today quite many companies are using SAP ERP as their Enterprise Resource Planning tool and other SAP software as well. Currently SAP is the market leader in Europe. Job applications also quite often consist of requirement about SAP knowledge.
In the SAP Overview course, you get a general picture of SAP products. However working in the companies with SAP Solutions would require more knowledge. Quite often, many business processes are automated in SAP, therefore it is important how to automatize the processes. Current companies that use SAP also want to develop their business and to be able to do that, SAP Configuration in needed knowledge.
SAP Fiori is SAP's latest user interface and newest platform in S/4 Hana. S/4 Hana + SAP Fiori makes it possible to use SAP software with mobile devices. As the use of mobile devices is growing, it is important to get to know SAP Fiori and SAP S/4 Hana.
SAP software is used globally in companies of various sizes in different industry sectors. The export/import tools of SAP ERP as well as global business (like companies, subsidiaries, factories, customers/vendors in several countries etc.) will be dealt with during this course.
