Sales management and Sales interaction
Ph.D. Timo Kaski is currently working as a Head of R&D and researcher at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. His main areas of expertise are sales management and sales interaction in B2B sector as well as service management and design of new business concepts. Timo has published numerous scientific publications in international conferences and journals like Industrial Marketing Management (IMM), Journal of Marketing Theory and Practice (JMTP), Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing (JBIM). Prior to his role at Haaga-Helia he has worked as a Director and Head of Business at Nokia Siemens Networks, led many R&D projects related to service business and sales. Timo completed his Ph.D. related to industrial engineering and management at Aalto University in 2002.
