Registration period: 1 - 18 December 2017

The registrations will be accepted by first come first served basis. We'll send acceptance letters by email within one week from your registration. Please do not book your flights or make other travelling arrangements before you have received your acceptance email. We kindy ask the partner universities to restrict the number of applicants into 1-2 per university. The registration is exclusively open for administrative staff members of Haaga-Helia partner universities.

How to apply?

Please register by filling in our online application form. The online application has been optimized to work with Modzilla Firefox 5 or higher. It may not function correctly with other browsers. Your browser must enable cookies and JavaScript.

  1. Register to the Haaga-Helia International Staff Week online application: Please create a password, which includes at least: one number, one letter, one special character (such as & %), and minimum eight characters altogether.
  2. Log in
  3. Fill in all necessary information
  4. Submit

Please note that you do not have to send the application form to us. Submitting it online is enough. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your application within one week from submitting your application.


Accepted participants, please send us your signed Erasmus+ Mobility Agreement by Thursday the 15 February 2018, at the latest.
