Top speaker on service skills, Ron Kaufman, in Pasila on 27 September

Ron Kaufman, the internationally renowned speaker on service skills, will visit HAAGA-HELIA's Pasila location on Tuesday 27 September. Kaufman is a pioneer in service culture and marketing, and he has published many of the bestsellers in the field. He has a comprehensive list of customers, and has been heavily involved in developing service concepts for Citibank, Singapore Airlines, Microsoft and Ford, to name but a few.


Kaufman, who is known as an energetic performer, will provide a dose of new energy and ideas for developing business and customer service. Last year, he was chosen as one of the 25 best speakers in the world by Speaker Magazine.
