Communications
To study at a higher education institution implies for spontaneous acquisition of information. HAAGA-HELIA informs via web pages, email, Degree Programme related bulletins, info-TV and bulletin boards.
The best way to stay informed is the keep your contact information up-to-date. If your e-mail address changes or if you are moving to a new address, always inform HAAGA-HELIA of this. Read your e-mail regularly – there might be important messages relating to your studies.
Remember also to participate in the student info sessions organised each semester.
Student's MyNet
You can locate all important information relating to your studies on the Student's MyNet. You should check the bulletins each day to ensure that you are kept up-to-date on HAAGA-HELIA happenings, important dates and other important matters. Student bulletins can be accessed at http://mynet.haaga-helia.fi/en, which also contains links to important bulletins by HAAGA-HELIA’s different units. Make it your practice to check the bulletins each day!
Staff Mail
In the first place, students should approach teachers and members of staff by using email. The address is firstname.surname(at)haaga-helia.fi. Teachers try to answer messages within a reasonable time. (During consulting hours matters can be handled immediately.)
Mail to teachers or members of the staff can also be delivered to the recipient's letter box.
