SMARTUP Startup Master and Advanced Reflective Tools

SMARTUP Startup Master and Advanced Reflective Tools

SMARTUP project aims to develop an innovative Startup Master Programme and Advanced Reflective Tools through cooperation between Unviersities and companies belonging to innovative sectors. The purpose is to respond to students' needs to develop their entrepreneurial competences to succeed as on entrepreneur: hard skills such as management and innovation, and soft transversal skills, such as self-awareness and resilience. SMARTUP offers wide-ranging support to face the challenges inherent in the entrepreneurial process by providing a smart way to become a startupper.

The project builds offline and online tools to support students in the early stages of enterprise development: from crafting their idea to accessing finance. A smart open space / virtual platform will be provided to potential entrepreneurs, who can share there their knowledge, knowhow and tricks, as well as challenges that they face when creating a successful startup.  The platform is a place where students, startuppers, teachers, entrepreneurs, mentors and investors meet and create a entrepreneurial community. However, the key component enabling these activities, is a master programme developed and tested by participating organisations and students. The degree programme utilizes  new methodological approaches and online tools, such as serious games, coaching applications, mentoring and mindfulness practices.

The project activities produce two main results:

  1. innovative master programme in entrepreneurship (curriculum, courses)
  2. inclusive web portal for students and startuppers willing to improve their entrepreneurial knowledge and mindset (virtual platform, community)
