Online learning agreement, which covers student access rights to the learning material supplied by HAAGA-HELIA (the organiser of the teaching) and the rights of HAAGA-HELIA to the material produced by the student, is a legally binding agreement between the student and HAAGA-HELIA.

Upon accepting the terms of this agreement and registering as a student in a HAAGA-HELIA degree programme using online learning, the student agrees to adhere to the instructions and conditions of this agreement.
