Haaga-Helia strongly recommends using face masks on campuses

We strongly recommend using a face mask in situations where maintaining a safe distance (1-2 m) to others is not possible. The use of face masks is recommended in teaching, guidance, and customer service in classrooms or one-on-one meetings with students. Haaga-Helia will make a recommendation on the use of face masks also to students on all campuses.

Haaga-Helia has ordered face masks also for students (2 cloth masks per student). The masks will be distributed at the end of October and until then, students are responsible themselves for obtaining a mask. Helsinki, Porvoo and Heinola offer free masks for people with low income. More information can be found on their websites.

Seats in classrooms

Signage indicating the maximum capacity for each classroom has been placed on the entry doors to each classroom to ensure safety distances. In case of questions concerning safety, you can contact Service Director Kari Salmi, tel. 0400 675 114.
