  • The application period is from 3 September to 14 September 2012. Online application closes at 4.15 pm Finnish time (+2 hrs GMT) on 14 September 2012
  • Invitation letters are posted on 4 October 2012

Entrance examination

The entrance examination for studies starting in January 2013 on 23 October 2012. All eligble applicants will be invited to the entrance examination.

Entrance examination consists of the following parts:

  • Multiple choice test based on the material given in the examination 
  • Essay writing base on the material given in the examination, both contents and English language will be assessed
  • Mathematics test
  • Interview with BBA staff

There's no pre-reading material for the entrance examination, all material will be given during the examination. Applicants must pass each test part in order to qualify in the selection process. A separate English language test will NOT be arranged. The lowest accepted score in the entrance examination is 30/100.

HAAGA-HELIA Degree Programme in International Business, Porvoo accepts the entrance examination results gained in the examination arranged by HAAGA-HELIA Degree Programme in International Business, Helsinki. Note that it is not possible to take the exam abroad.

HAAGA-HELIA does use discretionary admissions.
