It is characteristic of Finland’s education system that its actors strive for high quality. At HAAGA-HELIA, too, everything begins from the premise that it is the actors themselves who aim to achieve a good learning and working result. Haagahelian’s know that the service sector thrives on quality and that is why we want to function together as a leading team, with high quality visible everywhere, right down to the details. We have at our disposal a multi-faceted and comprehensive feedback system to supplement the freeform feedback we receive. The feedback we give to each other is constructive. Team effort is important to us also in all our developmental actions and the reports we generate, whether they involve feedback or developmental actions, are open and transparent.
