Quality assurance system
HAAGA-HELIA’s quality assurance system is a management and steering function tasked with upkeeping our organisation’s process map as well as generating feedback for use in steering operations. Within our organisation Quality Assurance Services, which is part of the Corporate Planning and IT Services unit, is responsible for upkeep and development of quality assurance at HAAGA-HELIA.
HAAGA-HELIA’s Quality Manager, who heads Quality Assurance Services, is responsible for HAAGA-HELIA’s quality-related web pages, the coordination of actions relating to feedback systems as well as auditing and accreditation projects. The Quality Manager is also responsible for course feedback analysis and reporting, with responsibility for other assessment and feedback systems resting with designated persons in HAAGA-HELIA’s different units.
At HAAGA-HELIA everyone from staff to students are responsible for the achievement of top quality – together as a team. Responsibilities with regard to quality monitoring and development are allocated within the organisational chart.
Development actions are generally initiated as part of routine development and operating plans. The aim is to combine feedback and future visions into innovative actions that promote the success of responsible business enterprise.
