The process descriptions are installed on the Internet, extranet or intranet pages - the information of the access restriction is provided in the index.

For personnel

In the case when a process description needs updating, download the existing version, make the changes, take care of the acceptance procedure, and send* the file to the Quality Manager by e-mail for re-installation (* = if you do not have the update rights to the system or otherwise incapable of doing it yourself).  Pay attention to update all the existing language versions at the same time.

In order to make a new process description, read the guidelines and copy the needed template first.
