IoT Rapid-Proto Labs

IoT Rapid-Proto Labs

The IoT-project brings Higher Education Institutions, Research Institute and businesses together to accelerate Internet of Things (IoT) product development.

The project aims to develop a multidisciplinary curriculum integrating ICT, Design and Electrical Engineering. This aim will be achieved in cooperation between HEI's, enterprises and research institutions. There will be an intensive piloting, testing, refining and assessment phase before the final curriculum is released. Geographically distributed and multi-disciplinary IoT Proto-Lab teams will rapidly set-up, trial and test an innovative IoT solution for their SME/Start-up clients. These teams will be supported by faculty, researchers, and practitioners (agile, lean methodologies). The IoT Rapid-Proto Labs curriculum will be designed to be adaptable to local educational standards and practices.
